Lemon-Garlic Parmesan Broccolini

Roasted broccolini with garlic, lemon zest, and Parmesan. Crispy tips, tender stems.

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch broccolini
  • 1½ tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, grated or finely minced
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: pinch chili flakes
  • Zest of ½ lemon
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan

Method

Heat oven to 425°F.

Trim the dry ends off the broccolini.

If any stems are thick, slice them in half lengthwise.

Put broccolini on a sheet pan.

Toss with:

  • olive oil
  • garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • optional chili flakes

Spread in one layer.

Roast for 12-18 minutes, until the tips are browned and the stems are tender.

Finish with lemon zest, lemon juice, and Parmesan.
